Introducer terms

offr acts only as an introducer. offr is not a party to any sale of a vehicle, gives no advice, acts as no agent for either party, holds no cash, offers no finance, and references escrow only.

Not a party to the sale

Any contract for the sale of a vehicle is between the seller and the buyer. offr does not become a party to that contract and accepts no liability for the vehicle, its condition, or the completion of the transaction.

No advice

offr does not provide legal, financial, tax, or mechanical advice. Participants must obtain their own independent advice.

No agency

offr is not an agent, broker, or representative of either party and has no authority to bind either party.

No cash; escrow references only

offr does not hold, receive, or disburse funds. Where escrow is used, offr records only a reference to the escrow arrangement; the escrow provider remains solely responsible for funds.
